Britt Vicars is a New York based Artist. She grew up traveling through Europe with her British grandmother.

After graduating from Juilliard and playing Electra in Iphigenia and Other Daughters, directed by SITI Company member Ellen Lauren, followed by Haley in Daniel Fish’s bold reimagining of Sam Shepards Buried Child. She then went on to play Ophelia in Darko Tresnjaks Hamlet at Hartford Stage, for which she was nominated for The Connecticuts Critics Choice for Best Actress. Her Off -Broadway debut was in the revival of the Tony -Award Winning production of The 39 Steps, where she played Pamela, Margaret and Annabella, directed by Maria Aiken with the original Creative Team including Christopher Bayes and Arnie Burton. Her most recent stage production is a one woman multimedia tour de force of T.S Eliot’s, The Wasteland.

She is an actress who is as unique as she is raw, playing a wide range of strong leading women to pure character parts.

She attended Denver School of The Arts for seven years and is a recipient of The Houseman Award for Excellence in Classical Theatre, (2014) she is a teaching artist in New York City Schools and spent the past two years as Head of Performing Arts at Queens High School Of Teaching. She has worked for Nord Anglia Private schools and travels the country to hold workshops for young actors.

She has trained at The Denver Center for Performing Arts and New York Conservatory of the Dramatic Arts, as well as workshops at the RSC in London.
